GRAND KNIGHTíS CORNER (February 2014)
Greetings Brother Knights,
The New Year is going well. The Christmas party was a great success at Alexanderís Restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent, and the cost was only $15.00 per person. The attendance was 28, including 3 priests. Our 200 Club was sold out and is running well. Robert Fedroff was in charge of both the party and the 200 Club and has been in charge of both for many years. Bob was presented with The Knight of the Year award at the Christmas dinner party.
We are looking forward to several events in March and April: St. Patrickís Day Parade March 15th, the Fourth Degree Exemplification in Grantville April 6th, annual Council Dinner Meeting April 15th, the annual ARC campaign Saturday May 3rd 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and Friday May 9th 6:00P.M. - 8:30P.M. at Samís Club. The Knights will need your help with all of the above activities. Please try to be present and supportive of the Knightís organization.
March is the month of devotion to St. Joseph, whose feast falls on March 19th. St. Joseph, along with the Virgin, was the man given the responsibility of raising Jesus, and he is an incredible model of an obedient, faithful, Christian father. The month of April is dedicated both to devotion to the Eucharist and devotion to the Holy Spirit. April is a month of Easter, and during the Easter celebration we remember the sacrifice Christ made for us. Remember to pray daily, especially the Rosary.
Peace be with you

Insurance for our Brother Knights and Family Members
The main purpose of our Knights' founder, Father Michael McGivney in 1882, was to provide for the families who lost the male breadwinner. Since that time the Knights have become one of the largest and most successful providers for families in need. Both the insurance and financial products that are offered provide this financial security.
